The routine is checked for clashes, and the CR sees what changed before publishing. Each publish records who and when.

Can a CR share study materials with the section?
Yes. The CR can upload course files and notify the section. Students find materials in their academic resources.
Can a CR assign teachers to courses?
Yes. The CR can set which teacher takes each course in the section. The separate teacher portal remains Coming soon.

Your CR publishes the section's routine. Let your CR know if it is missing, and share the CR page to introduce the available routine, notice and file tools.
