An app account is created after its email is confirmed. Sign-up checks help resist fake registrations. Email verification is a control, not a guarantee about every person or message.

Campus Print uses a tamper-evident ledger. Charges start when printing starts, and the shop’s page counts settle the bill. Pay-later access depends on individual shop approval.
